Tina Reynolds

Tina is a local girl, born and raised, with strong affiliations and ties to Mackay.

After completing a Bachelor of Family Law with James Cook University, Tina was admitted as a solicitor on 28 May 2007. Tina specialises in Family Law including domestic violence. Tina holds a Masters in Family Law, Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution Practice, and is an Accredited Mediator.

Tina has a passion for obtaining the best results for her clients and compassionate, understanding approach to supporting her clients towards a resolution of their matter.

She offers 15 years of experience and expertise with easy to understand, no nonsense, practical advice whilst being empathetic and sensitive to the emotional strain that separation can place on her clients.

Who we are?

Tina saw the need when relocating back to the Mackay region for a boutique specialist Family Law firm and began the process of making her vision a reality. 

The reality of family law is that we are meeting our clients in the most vulnerable time of their lives.  It is daunting, scary and is often accompanied by a high level of anxiety, hurt and anger. 

Our vision is simple, we pride ourselves in removing the uncertainty and replacing it with high level, specialist advice. We consider open communication with our clients to be crucial in removing the unknown, stress and anxiety that goes hand to hand in family law matters.

We play a significant role in your family law matter and are often your first point of call when uncertainty occurs.

Rebecca Franettovich

Rebecca has more than 15 years of expertise in customer service. She was raised in the Mackay area after being born in Mount Isa. Bec's positive, upbeat and energetic personality makes our clients feel comfortable and at home in what can be a very stressful time in their lives. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her friends and family when she is not working. 

Jordana Abela

Jordana was born and raised in the Mackay region on a cane farm in North Eton.
After completing a Bachelor of Laws with JCU in Townsville, Jordana returned home to Mackay, obtained her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and was admitted as a solicitor in October 2013.
Jordana practice in Family Law including domestic violence, Criminal Law and Traffic Law. Jordana offers 10 years of experience and expertise in these areas.
Jordana provides advice that is easy to understand whilst applying her straightforward but empathetic approach to all matters. Jordana's caring nature is just what her client's need during one of the most trying and emotional times of their lives.
